Job Description (Qualification, Experience etc): We are looking for a young and energetic Customer Service Representative • Must have good soft skills. • Must have own conveyance • Responsibilities include responding to customers on social media and email and solving their issues • Answer calls professionally • Strongly follow up customer calls • Handle and resolve customer complaints • Fluent english communication and good convincing skills Education: Intermediate Language: English and Urdu both Pay Scale: 15k to 25k depend on skills and hard work
